With thanks to Tim Martin, we can now see what happened while MSN 889 was away in South Saint Paul, MN. Originally the aircraft was painted in Spokane in the same scheme as 860 & 861, which are operated from Anadyr, Russia by Chukotavia. Courtesy of Wipaire in South Saint Paul it has now received the Aurora Air Company scheme, which have already accepted MSN 881, and are based in Vladivostok.
